Jessy Santana has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2018 onwards, they worked as a Professional Speaker, Keynote, and Moderator at The Way We Work Consulting. Jessy also served as a Fractional Chief Diversity Officer, providing Culture-Driven practitioner services to organizations. Additionally, they were involved in the CTSEmpower Coaching Program and worked closely with senior leadership as a Principal CEO, focusing on strategic change and inclusive practices.

In 2019, Jessy became the SoGal Montreal Community Lead at the SoGal Foundation, where they championed diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship. Jessy also worked as an Unconscious Bias Facilitator at Canada Post, engaging in conversations and strategies to mitigate bias within the workplace.

Prior to these roles, Jessy held positions such as Director of Training and Development at Hospitality Staffing Solutions, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Rave Works, Business Development Manager at Roberto&Co., Education Consultant at Argo Education, and Corporate Business Trainer at WEB International Corporate. Jessy also gained experience in Housekeeping Administration at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and as a Library Secretary/Access Services Assistant at Alfred University.

Jessy Santana's education history is as follows:

- From 2008 to 2009, Jessy attended Alfred University and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.

- Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, Jessy also attended Alfred University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology/Communications.

- Jessy has also completed the International Baccalaureate program, receiving an IB Diploma.

- Earlier on, Jessy attended Valley High School to complete their high school education.

In terms of additional certifications, Jessy obtained an IDI Qualified Administrator certification from IDI, LLC in November 2022. They also earned a certificate in Intercultural Management from the ESCP Europe course on Coursera in August 2017.
