Simrat Randhawa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they started as a Market Research Intern at Coach, where they developed strategies to increase market share in China. Simrat also interned at DFS Group LP, a subsidiary of LVMH, during the same year. In 2012, Simrat worked as a Financial Analyst/Claims Specialist at Medical Business Office Services before transitioning to Kinsa, a health technology company, where they held the role of Operations, Customer Happiness, and Special Projects. At Kinsa, they played a key role in launching the company's first product and coordinating international teams. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Consultant at SupplyNow #FairPayNow. Simrat joined Hostmaker, a home rentals management company, in 2018 and served as the Head of Global Onboarding until 2020. During their time at Hostmaker, they contributed to the company's rapid growth and international expansion. Simrat also served as a Tech London Advocate at Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates from 2018 onwards. In 2020, they took on the role of Delivery Operations Volunteer at Meals For The NHS. Simrat's most recent position is at what3words, where they have held various roles since 2020, including Senior Lead, SME, Head of SME, and currently Head of BD Growth Operations. what3words is a global addressing system that Simrat has been involved in helping to develop and implement. Additionally, Simrat has been the Director of SoGal London since 2018, working with the SoGal Foundation to support and promote diverse entrepreneurs and investors.

Simrat Randhawa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Additionally, Simrat attended The Lawrence School - Lovedale, where they completed the CBSE curriculum with a focus on Commerce subjects such as Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, Math, and Marketing.
