Sarang Deshpande

Sarang Deshpande is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors, including industrial automation, digitalization, and simulation technologies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering - Simulation at Sogeclair India since January 2024, Sarang previously held the position of Project Manager at Oktal Sydac, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams, resource planning, and driving strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Eaton India Innovation Center, Senior Technical Specialist at Knorr-Bremse, and Lead Engineer at G-Tec, where a strong focus on software quality management, requirements understanding, and technical risk management was maintained. Sarang holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
