Christophe Laurens

Christophe Laurens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the automotive and mobility sectors. Currently serving as the Air & Cooling R&D Director at Sogefi Group since September 2023, Christophe previously held the position of Veloce R&D Director at Bontaz, where innovative bicycle powertrains were developed. As the CEO and Founder of FED For Ever Drive, Christophe focused on electrifying classic vehicles to meet modern urban regulations while preserving their original essence. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Advanced R&D at Valeo Transmissions, where engagement with small mobility solutions and electric bicycle powertrains was emphasized, and various managerial positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Renault Sport Cars, contributing significantly to hybrid and electric vehicle advancements. Christophe holds a Master of Science degree in Automotive and Aeronautics from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile.
