Mohit Dubey began their work experience in 2015 as a Production Shift Supervisor at Doctor Pack India Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. In 2016, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Team Lead at Sogefi Group and Sogefi MNR Engine System India Pvt Ltd, also in Bangalore.

Mohit Dubey completed a postgraduate diploma in plastics and testing in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology between 2015 and 2016.
