David Picard

David Picard has extensive experience in network administration, currently serving as a Network-Admin at Sogetel Inc since March 2002. In this role, David is responsible for the installation, deployment, and management of a network throughout Quebec, specifically in areas such as St-Hyacinthe, Trois-Rivieres, Maskinongee, and Beauce, providing triple play services (Voice, Data, and TV) over DSL, Fiber, and Wimax Wireless platforms. Prior to this position, David was a Technical Support Technician at Sogetel Internet NTIC from November 2000 to March 2002, where the focus was on providing support to Internet customers and diagnosing issues with limited information. David's educational background includes attendance at Cegep de St-Hyacinthe from 1999 to 2001.
