Rachel Hiele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformational coaching and project management. Since June 2023, Rachel has been a Transformatie Coach at Sogeti, while also serving as a Transformational Coach and Therapist at Motus Energy since December 2013. Previously, Rachel held various roles at ORTEC - Optimize Your World from February 2005 to May 2023, starting as a Project Manager and advancing to positions including Senior Project Manager and Manager Operations Global Business Development. Rachel's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Technical Mathematics from Delft University of Technology and multiple certifications in Energetic Psychology, Vitality Coaching, and Enneagram Professional Coaching from various institutions.
