Francesco Pascarella

Francesco Pascarella is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sogin since October 2011, Francesco is responsible for HR operations at the Rome Headquarters and leads the HR-ICT & Organization Function Coordination. Previous positions include Training and Development Manager at BT Italia and Human Resources Manager at Novartis, where Francesco was a permanent member of the Leadership Team overseeing HR initiatives. Earlier career experiences include a Human Resources Generalist role at UCAR and Personnel Officer service in the Italian Army. Francesco holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate specialization in Commercial Law from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
