Ishi Rai

Ishi Rai has been working in the Human Resources field since 2004. Ishi began their career at IBM India as an HR Manager and then moved on to ZI Systech as a Senior HR Manager in 2009. In 2014, they joined Sogolytics as the Talent Acquisition Head. At Sogolytics, they are responsible for full life cycle recruiting experience and is looking to switch over to an organization that is dynamic and creative. Sogolytics is a leading survey software company that has been recommended by the Gartner and rated by the PC Magazine as one of the best in the industry.

Ishi Rai attended Colorado State University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Mumbai between 2001 and 2004.
