Jingfang Xu

Dr. Jingfang Xu has served as our vice president since April 2018 and is the head of Sogou’s search department. She is an industry veteran with over ten years of experience in search and AI technologies. Since joining Sogou in 2011, Ms. Xu has led the research and development in the search department, including efforts to advance AI, and helped the team to achieve key breakthroughs. Before joining Sogou, Ms. Xu worked at Microsoft Research Asia and the Institute for Network Science and Cyberspace at Tsinghua University. She received a Ph.D. in Electronic and Information Engineering from Tsinghua University.
