Filipe's career at Unilever spanned from 1995 to September 2019, where roles included Business Unit Director for Home Care and Personal Care in Spain, Marketing Director for Jeronimo Martins, and Global Strategy and Marketing Director for laundry, showcasing expertise in brand building, marketing strategy, and team leadership. Filipe holds a Master’s degree in Retail Management from INDEG-ISCTE and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
