Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as the Specialty Ticketing Coordinator for Education at Sydney Opera House since October 2016, Daniel manages stakeholder relationships and enhances customer care within Ticketing Services. Previously, at disrupt.healthcare, Daniel co-founded and provided tailored software solutions to healthcare clients, while at GradConnection as a Business Development Manager, Daniel significantly boosted sales growth for Australia's largest graduate employment website. Earlier roles included Inside Sales Representative at Trend Micro and Business Sales Consultant at Apple, where Daniel focused on integrating technology solutions for small to medium businesses. Daniel is pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science degree at UNSW, expected to complete in November 2023.
