Helen M

Helen M has extensive experience in visitor experience and engagement, currently holding a position at the Sydney Opera House since November 2022. Prior to this role, Helen worked at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation for a brief period in December 2021 focusing on investigations and editorial for the program 7.30. Helen also contributed to the Miracle Babies Foundation in media and marketing from August to November 2021. Earlier roles include serving as a PASS Facilitator at Western Sydney University and as a Professional Sales Specialist at Sheridan - Hanes Brands Australasia from 2011 to 2016. Helen M earned a Bachelor of Communication, with a focus on Journalism and Public Relations, from Western Sydney University, graduating as a Dean's Scholar in June 2021.
