Matt Osborn

Matt Osborn is an accomplished lighting professional with extensive experience in the performing arts. Currently serving as Head of Lighting at Sydney Opera House since April 2018, Matt has previously held positions such as Lighting Technician and Lighting Designer at various reputable organizations, including Boutique Theatre and Merivale. With a solid foundation in technical roles at Griffin Theatre Company, City Recital Hall, and other venues, Matt has developed a diverse skill set across lighting design and production. Educational background includes studies at the Australian Institute of Music from 2010 to 2012 and earlier education at St Aloysius College.
