Roy Weiland

Roy Weiland is an accomplished content producer and creative professional with extensive experience in storytelling, media production, and educational project implementation. Currently, Roy holds the position of Content Producer at Mastercard, collaborating with global clients to drive innovation and customer-centric product development. As a Program Facilitator and Film-maker at Desert Pea Media, Roy delivers media mentoring programs for marginalized youth, fostering dialogue around social issues through creative expression. In addition, involvement as a Teacher Artist at the Sydney Opera House enhances high school education through creative projects. Previous roles include Senior Content Producer at Zinc Network, Creative Director at Kinchela Boys Home Aboriginal Corporation, and contributions to various film and content projects. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Screen and Media Studies from Waikato University.
