Bader al Balushi

Bader Al Balushi has over 16 years of experience in the maintenance and engineering fields, primarily with Sohar Aluminium since December 2007, where Bader serves as Lead Mechanical Technician in the Cast House and Port. Bader's role includes emergency mechanical response, multi-function and process technician responsibilities, delivering technical advice, and enhancing team performance within a heavy industrial environment. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Technician at Bahwan Engineering Co LLC, focusing on sea water intake and return systems, with expertise in SCADA and BMS. Bader holds a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Salalah College of Technology, completed in 2007.
