Issa Khanbashi

Issa Khanbashi possesses extensive experience in the aluminium and oil sectors, currently serving as the Lining & De-lining Process Lead Engineer at Sohar Aluminium since January 2007, where responsibilities include supervising and managing pot lining materials for cell reconstruction projects. Prior to this role, Issa Khanbashi worked at Petroleum Development Oman from January 1994 to January 2007, fulfilling positions that included WELL ENGINEERING DIMS Support, focused on quality control of well services data and daily engineering support, as well as Well Services Mechanical Technician, responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting pump systems. Educational credentials include a Higher National Diploma in CAME from Caledonian College of Engineering (2007-2009) and a secondary education from Jabir bin Zaied (1991-1994) and Hassan Bin Thabit (1983-1991).
