Kunal Aggarwal

Kunal Aggarwal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development at Sohar International since September 2022, Kunal is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies, focusing on areas such as HR business partnership, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior roles include Vice President of HR at Fusion Microfinance, where Kunal managed HR for 12,000 employees, and Regional Head of HR at HDFC Bank, overseeing employee lifecycles for over 8,500 staff in multiple regions. Kunal also has a strong background in HR operations at Infosys and Standard Chartered Bank, along with a solid educational foundation, holding an MBA in HRD and PM and a Master's in Labour Law.
