Sulaiman al Alawi -

Sulaiman Al Alawi is an experienced IT professional specializing in digital banking and application support. Currently serving as Unit Head of IT eChannels and IT Application & Delivery Channels at Sohar International since August 2020, Sulaiman leads the OCH project aimed at enhancing the banking experience for both retail and corporate customers. Prior to this role, Sulaiman was Deputy Senior Manager of IT Digital Banking at Alizz Islamic Bank from January 2017 to August 2020, overseeing various critical banking applications. Sulaiman’s career in financial technology began at BankDhofar, where a progression from Officer to Manager of Application Support involved extensive responsibilities in supporting multiple banking applications and systems. Sulaiman holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, completed in 2007.
