Javier Guzmán

Javier Guzmán has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Javier started their career in 2005 as a receptionist at Hotel Posadas de España, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Chief Receptionist at the same hotel.

In 2009, Javier joined Hospes Hotels | Infinite Places, initially working as a receptionist and later taking on the role of Revenue/Comercial interno. Javier stayed with the company until 2010.

In 2011, they moved to Hotel Mediterráneo Carihuela, where they worked as a receptionist for four years. From 2015 to 2017, Javier worked as a receptionist at ITACA HOTELES.

Since 2017, Javier has been associated with Soho Boutique Hotels. Javier initially worked as the Subdirector SB Bahia Málaga until the end of 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Adjunto a Director de Zona Málaga. Currently, Javier holds the position of Director of Hotel Soho Boutique Las Vegas.

Throughout their career, Javier has gained extensive experience in hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service.

From 2000 to 2003, Javier Guzmán attended Escuela Superior de Turismo Costa del Sol, where they pursued a Diplomado en Empresas y Actividades Turísticas, specializing in Diplomatura.
