Brittany Silva has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brittany started their career in 2014 as a Hostess at Plum Garden Japanese Steak House. From 2015 to 2016, Brittany worked as a Steward and Housekeeper at Inns of Aurora, and also held positions as a Campus Safety Officer and Orientation Leader at Wells College.

In 2016, Brittany joined Panic Room LLC as a Game Master, a role they held until 2019. Brittany then worked as a Bunny Hostess at Playboy Club New York for a brief period in 2018.

In 2018, Brittany began their career as a Brand Ambassador at SoHo Experiential and New Ground Promotions (NGP). Brittany continued working in this role until 2019 when they joined Family & Children's Aid, Inc. as a Treatment Support Worker.

Their tenure at Moriah Behavioral Health is expected to end in January 2023.

Brittany Silva has a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wells College, attending from 2012 to 2016. Brittany completed their high school education at Gates-Chili High School, where they obtained a High School Regents Diploma from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011, Brittany attended Bryant & Stratton College - Henrietta to study Criminal Justice and Corrections, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In terms of certifications, Brittany has completed several trainings. In May 2020, they obtained an online certification in Psychological First Aid from the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. In May 2019, they received training in Physical/Psychological Management from Family & Children's Aid, Inc. In March 2019, they completed the Playmaker 101: Foundations of Playmaking Training, also provided by Family & Children's Aid, Inc. Brittany also obtained certifications in Reasonable and Prudent Parent Standard Training from the Department of Children and Families in March 2019, and Mandated Reporter Training from the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families in November 2016. Lastly, they completed the DCF Medication Administration Training from the Department of Children and Families in September 2019.
