Founding Committee Member, Cities Without Houses San Diego at Soho House

Jerry Adam Guzmán is a multifaceted creative professional with extensive experience in design and community development. As the Creative Director and Founder of Casa 129 since October 2022, Jerry leads brand and spatial experiences that emphasize hospitality and culture. In addition to this role, Jerry serves as a Guest Juror for the Interior Architecture Department at San Diego State University, providing critical feedback on student projects. In early 2023, Jerry became a Founding Committee Member for Cities Without Houses San Diego, contributing to the growth of Soho House’s creative community. Previously, Jerry held leadership positions at Henderson Design Group and Jon Brent Design, focusing on luxury residential and hospitality projects. Jerry's background also includes significant roles in community development with the Historic Barrio District Community Development Corporation and Sherman Heights Community Center, enhancing social impact and visibility in the arts. Jerry holds a Master of Design in Brand Design & Strategy from ArtCenter College of Design, along with a BA in Humanities and an AA in Environmental + Interior Design from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
