Kimiko Ninomiya has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kimiko started their career in 2007 at Apple Retail as a Genius Administrator, where they managed the operations and logistics of in-store repairs and ensured a positive customer experience. In 2012, they joined Birchbox as an Operations Associate. Kimiko then moved on to Uber in 2013, where they held various roles including Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Strategist, and Senior Content Strategist. At Uber, they led CRM content development, managed a team of writers, and focused on increasing conversion and building brand loyalty. In 2019, they joined Soho House & Co as a CRM & Email Marketing Manager, North America, and later became the Global Head of Digital Marketing. In these roles, they worked on building a digital communications program, developing global communication strategies, and driving in-market testing for better performance.

Kimiko Ninomiya studied at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management and Psychology.
