Maddy Gardner

Maddy Gardner has a diverse work experience in various positions. Maddy began their career as an Associate at KPMG UK in 2011, and later worked as a Manager at Deloitte from 2012 to 2016. Maddy then joined Rocco Forte Hotels as a Group Financial Accountant from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Soho House & Co, where they have held several positions including Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from 2019 to 2020, Head of Strategic Planning from 2020 to 2021, Group Head of FP&A and Strategic Planning from 2021 to 2022, Group Director - FP&A and Strategic Planning from 2022 to 2023, and their current position as Group Strategy Director starting from May 2023.

Maddy Gardner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Economics from Durham University between 2009 and 2012.
