Matthew McQuade

Matthew McQuade has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Matthew began their career at Sony Music Entertainment in 1999, where they worked as a financial controller for five years. In 2005, they joined EMI Music Australia as a financial controller, and they held this position for two years before moving to Sony DADC Australia in 2007. McQuade served as director of finance and administration at Sony DADC Australia for four years before joining Coty in 2011. Matthew spent eight years at Coty, serving as vice president of finance for the luxury division. In 2019, they joined Crocs as vice president and CFO for Asia, and they have been in this role for the past three years. Currently, McQuade is the CFO for UK, Europe & ROW at Soho House.

Matthew McQuade has a degree in chartered accounting from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, as well as a Bcomm from the Australian National University. Matthew also has an HSC from Killarney Heights High School.

They are on a team with Amy Cheema - CFO, Americas, Pierre Antoine Dourneau - Managing Director, North America, and Jonathan Heaf - Chief Content Officer. Matthew McQuade reports to Nick Jones, Founder & CEO.
