Natasha Soloff, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Soho House & Co since July 2022, Natasha focuses on enhancing the growth and development of people as key assets. Previously, Natasha held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Tides Inn, a renowned coastal resort in Virginia, and at Shamin Hotels, where strategic HR leadership was key at The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Williamsburg. Natasha's background also includes HR consulting roles at Aerotek, Randstad, and Faneuil, as well as earlier managerial and specialist positions in hospitality and manufacturing. Natasha earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University at Montgomery.
