Aishwarya Raju has been working in the IT industry since 2013. Aishwarya began their career as a Senior Technical Consultant at Apps Business IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. In 2020, they moved to HanuWork as a Recruitment Manager. Currently, they are working as a US IT Recruiter at SOHO Square Solutions.

Aishwarya Raju attended Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Btech ECE.
