Marco Serri

Marco Serri is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support operations and network engineering. Currently serving as the Support Operations Lead at Sohonet since January 2020, Marco previously held roles as a Network Support Engineer and worked at ITC Secure as a Level 2 NOC Engineer and Level 1 NSOC Support Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Crown Worldwide Group as an IT Systems Administrator and IT Helpdesk Analyst, along with an internship in IT at Access Networks Solutions Ltd.
