Maxime Alaurent

Maxime Alaurent is an experienced agronomist and sales specialist currently employed at Soil Capital since October 2021, where responsibilities include promoting a carbon farming program focused on regenerative agriculture. Prior to this role, Maxime worked at ANDROS as an assistant engineer in continuous improvement, successfully leading a project that achieved three-quarters of its objectives and training 70 line managers on performance tracking software. Maxime's experience includes commercial roles at AGRISA Etudes & Services, an internship at Lactinov, and agricultural work in New Zealand. Maxime holds a degree in Agro-industrie and agricultural business from ISA Lille and a master's degree in agronomy from the University of Buenos Aires.
