Carmen Schoeman

Carmen Schoeman is an experienced organizational performance manager currently employed at Southern Oil (Pty) Ltd since July 2022. Previously, Carmen held multiple key positions at G4S from 2011 to June 2022, including Head of Talent and Resourcing for South Africa and General Manager of Human Resources for Cash Solutions SA, where responsibilities included managing HR support services, talent management, employee relations, and health and safety compliance. Carmen also served as Recruitment Manager at International SOS and Project Manager at Kelly from 2004 to 2010. Carmen holds a BCom (Hons) in Human Resources Management and a BCom in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria.
