Emmanuelle Bely

Emmanuelle Bely joined Soitec in January 2023 as Executive Vice President and General Secretary. In this role, she will also serve as member of Soitec’s Executive Committee and as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Emmanuelle Bely graduated from ESSEC, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a member of the Paris and Madrid bars. She began her career as an M&A lawyer for 14 years in France and the United States with French and international law firms. In 2007, she was appointed General Counsel and Human Resources Director of the Smithfield Group in Paris. Following the merger of the Smithfield Group and Campofrio in 2008, she was promoted to Group General Counsel, based in Madrid. Emmanuelle Bely joined Danone in September 2014 in Paris and initially held various positions within the General Secretariat in Europe, including VP General Secretary for Regions, General Counsel for Partnerships, and VP General Secretary for Waters and Africa and the Southern Cone region.

She has also been a member of the Business Community at Mission since its creation in 2018.
