Fanny Bar

Fanny Bar is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SOITEC since January 2022. Prior to this role, Fanny spent nearly seven years at VFD, progressing from Chargée R.H to Responsable R.H, where responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing payroll and HR processes, supporting operational teams, and implementing HR policies. Fanny also has experience in recruitment, GPEC, and social relations, acquired through various positions, including roles at CCI de Grenoble and ECM Technologies. Fanny holds multiple advanced degrees in entrepreneurship and human resources from leading business schools, alongside a year of language study in New Zealand to enhance English language proficiency and cultural understanding.
