Luciana Capello

Luciana Capello has extensive experience in technology development and product management, particularly at SOITEC since October 2006, where roles have included Technology Development Platform Manager, overseeing Piezo-On-Insulator substrates for RF filters and photonics applications, and Product Development Manager, coordinating new product initiatives. Previous positions included POI Product Development Lead and Product Development Scientist for RF-SOI, focusing on engineering and coordination across international teams. Prior experience includes a post-doctoral fellowship at CEA, where crystalline defects in silicon were investigated, and a PhD fellowship at ESRF, exploring low energy ion implantation in silicon. Luciana holds a PhD in Science et technologie des matériaux from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Material Science degree from Università degli Studi di Torino.
