Ryan Conaghan is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in managing recruitment teams and developing talent acquisition strategies across various sectors. Currently employed at Sojern since February 2022, Ryan previously held roles at Betway Group where responsibilities included leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Prior experience also includes a Future Talent Specialist position at New Look, where Ryan successfully managed entry-level talent programs and developed strong relationships with educational institutions.
