Lisa Morales has extensive experience in management and brand marketing, currently serving as the Manager at SoJo Spa Club since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading a dynamic team to deliver luxury guest experiences and providing coaching and training to ensure world-class service. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Unilever from 1988 to June 2016 as a Brand Information Supervisor, excelling in marketing research, campaign execution, and client services to enhance brand awareness and customer retention. Lisa holds a degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
