Jackie Heard

Jackie Heard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and development. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at Sojourner since January 2022 and holding the position of Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Molson Coors Beverage Company since October 2019, Jackie has a proven track record in strategic leadership. Previous roles include EPMO Lead - Strategy at MillerCoors, where responsibilities involved guiding senior leadership in prioritizing key strategic initiatives, as well as serving as Global Head of Organization Effectiveness at Molson Coors and various senior leadership roles at MillerCoors spanning over a decade. Jackie’s early career included positions such as General Manager at America Retold and Organization Development Manager at SABMiller. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Industrial Psychology and Economics from the University of Johannesburg.
