Josiah R. Daniels

Josiah R. Daniels is an experienced Associate Opinion Editor at Sojourners, where responsibilities include publishing nationally recognized interviews, editing and proofreading multiple online opinion articles weekly, and supervising the Online Editorial Assistant. Daniels initiated the “Incarcerated Writers” project and previously served as Assistant Opinion Editor, focusing on creating equitable editing guidelines and mentoring staff. Prior experience as an Employment Consultant at Trillium Employment Services involved matching developmentally disabled clients with jobs through networking and collaboration, as well as co-developing personalized service plans.
