Janne Paananen

Janne Paananen is an experienced business leader with a significant background in marketing and sales management within various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at SOK since June 2020, overseeing Non-Food product groups as well as DIY, Professional, and Garden product assortments, Janne previously held the position of Managing Director at UULA COLOR OY for a brief period in 2020. With extensive experience at Henkel from 2006 to 2019, Janne progressed through multiple roles, ultimately leading Nordic business management for consumer adhesives, achieving improved sales, profitability, and innovative strategies. Earlier, Janne contributed to L'Oréal's success in launching the Vichy brand in Finland while also holding various marketing and sales roles within the company. Janne's educational background includes a Master of Economics in Marketing from Aalto University and studies at Nyenrode Business University, complemented by high school education in Finland and the United States.
