Timo Salonen is an accomplished business developer and analytics leader with extensive experience in the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Business Developer for SOK eCom since August 2015, Timo has successfully expanded the S-group's grocery eCom services into the Foodora Marketplace across major Finnish cities. Previously, Timo held the position of Head of Retail Data & Analytics at SOK, leading a significant analytics transformation initiative. Timo also has experience as Team Lead in Data & Analytics and as System Manager, focusing on demand forecasting and retail price optimization. Prior to SOK, Timo worked as a Senior Consultant at SAS Institute A/S, where expertise included performance management and analytical solutions. Timo began a career in finance as an Assistant Controller at Raumaster, and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Tampere.
