Ahmed Gaballah has a long and varied work experience. Ahmed began their career in 2004 as a Product Manager at ShopLink. In 2006, they moved to Google, where they held the roles of Decision Support Engineering Analyst and Product Manager, Arabic Knol. In 2010, they joined Adobe as a Sr. Product Manager, Strategic Growth Markets and a Product Manager, International. In 2014, they became an Investor at Parlio, which was later acquired by Quora. Ahmed also held Product Management roles at Facebook, including Business Communication & Growth, Special Audiences, Facebook Search, and Facebook Growth. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of SOKNA, Egypt's first end-to-end funeral service. In 2021, they became an Investor at Monarch Money and MaxAB.

Ahmed Gaballah's education history includes a Stanford Advanced Project Management degree from Stanford University (2006-2008), a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo (1999-2005), and two study abroad programs at American University of Beirut (2001-2002) and University of California, Los Angeles (2001).
