Arek Zotkiewicz has over 20 years of extensive work experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial management, strategy, and business partnership. Arek currently serves as the Financial Director at Sokolow S.A., starting in 2023. Prior to that, Arek held various roles at Avon from 2011 to 2023, including Head of FP&A CEE, Global SC Finance Director, Finance Director, and Global Manufacturing Finance Director. Arek also worked at Unilever from 1999 to 2011, where they held positions such as CEE FP&A Manager, Nordic Factories Finance Manager, Factory Finance & Logistics Manager, and Demand Planning Manager. Arek Zotkiewicz is an ACMA and CGMA qualified professional.

Arek Zotkiewicz, ACMA, CGMA, pursued CIMA studies from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Management Accounting. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1999, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach. In addition to their education, they also obtained the ACMA certification from CIMA in November 2002.
