Lucyna Sknerska

Lucyna Sknerska is a food technology professional with experience in the meat industry. Currently employed at Sokołów S.A. since August 2020, Lucyna has held the positions of Technolog ds. mięsa and Młodszy technolog ds. mięsa. Prior to this role, Lucyna completed an internship in the research and development department at Curtis Health Caps in July 2020. Academically, Lucyna pursued a Master's degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition at Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu, graduating in 2020, and is currently pursuing an Engineer's degree in the same field at the same university, started in 2015.
