Anne Riska

Anne Riska serves as the Business Area Director at Sokotel Oy since June 2023. Prior to this role, Anne held the position of Business Director at Terveystalo from September 2010 to June 2023, overseeing turnover and profitability for a large network of clinics and hospitals. Anne's expertise also includes leading Customer Experience and Sales for small businesses at Terveystalo, where significant enhancements in customer service processes were achieved. Earlier experience includes roles at Fortum Sähkönsiirto Oy as Customer Service Manager and Team Manager, and at Silja Line as Project Manager and Call Center Manager. Anne Riska holds an MBA from Aalto University and additional qualifications in management and tourism.
