Malav Sukhadia

Malav Sukhadia has a diverse range of work experience. Malav is currently serving as the Head of Growth & Finance at Sol Clarity since July 2021. Prior to this, Malav worked as a Curriculum Program Intern at Innovate@BU in Boston University from June 2020 to July 2021. Malav also co-founded Paanwaale, an innovative digital platform for paan shops in India, where they worked from September 2018 to July 2021. Malav has also worked as a Venture Scholar at G51 Venture Scholars from September to November 2020. Additionally, they worked as a VC/PE Research Analyst at qodeo from June to November 2020, where they published and presented a market report on Greater Boston's Venture Capital industry and conducted interviews with notable individuals in the field. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Malav gained corporate experience as a Senior Executive - Service Ops and QA at Blue Star limited, where they were responsible for defining SOPs and executing projects related to service operations and quality data analysis from June 2016 to September 2018. Malav started their professional journey as a Summer Intern at Indian Oil Corp Limited in 2015 and Sukhadia Stones Co., Ltd. in 2014. Malav Sukhadia has a strong educational background with a focus on business, technology, and engineering. In 2019, they started their Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, specializing in Finance and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Alongside their MBA studies, they also pursued a Master of Science in Digital Technology from the same institution.

Prior to their graduate studies, Malav completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from Nirma University, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This four-year program took place from 2012 to 2016, providing him with a solid foundation in engineering principles.
