John Kolb

John Kolb has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John is currently serving as the Director of Engineering Development at SOL ENGINEERING SERVICES, LLC. In their role, they are responsible for conducting research and development to create innovative design and manufacturing solutions.

Prior to their current position, John held the title of Vice President Global Engineering at Enterex International LTD from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Enterex America from 2009 to 2021. During this time, they played a crucial role in overseeing engineering operations.

From 2001 to 2009, John served as the Vice President of Engineering at Transpro / Proliance. Here, they successfully developed the Nuevo Laredo Aluminum Facility and implemented a unique push and pull system for efficient manufacturing processes.
