Agustin Gutierrez is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property management operations, having served as Sr. Accountant - Property Management Operations at SoLa Impact since May 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing property management division accounting, executing management objectives related to revenue, and managing year-end audits with CPA firms. Previous roles include Sr. Property Accountant at Highpoint Capital Group, LLC, Senior Accountant at Madison Marquette, and Sr. Accountant - Operations at CBRE, among others. Gutierrez has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and leasing administration, and has worked extensively with platforms such as Yardi and MRI. Agustin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo.
