Jason Matsuki has over 20 years of experience in the housing and property management industry. Jason most recently served as the Vice President of Property Management at SoLa Impact from 2023 to present. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Affordable Housing Operations at The Irvine Company from 2019 to 2023. Jason also held positions such as Regional Manager at Related Companies and Retirement Housing Foundation, as well as the Property Portfolio Supervisor at Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation. Jason's expertise is in managing and overseeing housing operations and they have a strong background in affordable housing.

Jason Matsuki obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles in 2003. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2000. Jason also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from San Diego State University, the dates of which are not specified. In addition to their formal education, Jason has obtained several certifications such as "Nuts and Bolts of Asset Management (CHAM)" and "Rental Housing Development Finance" from NeighborWorks America in 2016. Jason also received certifications in various housing-related topics, such as "Housing Quality Standards Inspections," "Housing Choice Voucher Executive Management," "Fair Housing & Reasonable Accommodation," "Rent & Income Calculations," "Housing Choice Voucher Programs," and "Housing Quality Standards" from various institutions such as Nan McKay and Associates (NMA) and Quadel between 2007 and 2013.
