Kasia Muoto has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, specializing in business strategy and management consulting. From 1999 to 2005, they were a Manager at BearingPoint, formerly known as KPMG Consulting, where they focused on business strategy and management consulting. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Kaiser Permanente, initially as a Practice Leader in Business Transformation Services and later as a Program Director in the same department. From 2012 to 2023, they held roles at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Director and then as an Executive Director in Operations. In 2023, they became the Vice President of Operations at SoLa Impact.
