Pablo Ucar

Pablo Ucar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Pablo started their career as an International Operations Process Engineer at Dana Corporation in 1996 and later moved on to work at Detroit Diesel Corporation as a Senior Buyer and Director of Operations. In these roles, they managed start-ups, oversaw manufacturing processes, and handled procurement responsibilities.

From 2004 to 2011, Ucar held roles at Grupo Antolin North America, where they served as a Plant Manager and eventually became VP of Industrial Operations. Pablo was responsible for managing multiple plants and overseeing the production and assembly of various automotive components.

Following their tenure at Grupo Antolin, Ucar joined SpaceX as the Senior Director of Supply Chain. During their time there, they led a team responsible for purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and quality engineering.

From 2015 to 2019, Ucar worked at Faraday Future as the VP of Supply Chain and later as the President of Manufacturing. In these positions, they successfully built a supply chain team and supplier base, procured production equipment, and managed supplier quality for vehicle components.

In 2021, Ucar took on the role of Vice President of Manufacturing and Procurement at Aptera Motors before transitioning to their current role as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at SoLa Impact in 2023. Additionally, in early 2021, they pursued a passion for skiing as a Powder Ski Professional and Snow Storm Chaser.

Pablo Ucar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992. Pablo then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Arizona State University from 1992 to 1994. Following this, Pablo attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1994 to 1995, where they earned their MBA in International Business.
