Arbnor Hasani

Chief Information Security Officer at Solaborate

Arbnor Hasani has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they served as the Head of Back Office in the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Government of Rep. Of Kosova. In 2012, they joined the UNICEF Innovations Lab Kosovo as a Software Developer, before transitioning into the role of Design Center Officer. Throughout their tenure at UNICEF, Arbnor coordinated various projects and collaborations in technology for development initiatives.

In 2014, Arbnor joined ProCredit Bank as an IT Auditor, where they monitored the overall threat landscape in IT and information security and advised management accordingly. Arbnor also developed IT audit programs, conducted fieldwork, and drafted reports with conclusions and corrective measures.

In 2020, Arbnor began their role as Data Protection and Information Security Officer at Solaborate, where they created and maintained policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Arbnor provided the vision and strategies to operationalize an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and conducted proactive risk assessments. In 2021, they took on the position of Chief Information Security Officer at both Solaborate and hellocare.ai, where they continued to oversee information security and risk management.

Arbnor Hasani has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from the American University in Bulgaria from 2004 to 2010.
